How to Track Your Order

1. Track via Your Account

Log in to our website/app, click the "My Orders" icon at the bottom of the homepage, and then select the order you want to view. You can check the order status in real time:

- Order confirmed, payment verified

- Warehouse is preparing your package

- Shipped, with tracking number provided

- In transit (the courier will provide tracking information)

- Ready for delivery, arriving soon

2. Track via SMS Notifications

We'll send you SMS notifications to the mobile number you provided during checkout—no login required! You'll receive SMS alerts for:

- Order shipped (with a direct tracking link)

- Package delivered (so you can prepare in advance)

- Any delays (we'll explain the reason and next steps)

3. Track via Shipping Confirmation Email
Within 1 hour of shipment, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. Simply click the "Track Now" button in the email to go to the courier's (UPS/USPS/DHL) tracking page for the latest status.

About Delays
Sometimes, customs inspections, bad weather, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) can cause delays. If this happens, we'll promptly notify you of the expected delivery date via SMS/email and offer a small discount as compensation, if necessary.
