You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product, provided you meet the return requirements. We will not accept return requests after 30 days.

2. Return Requirements
Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging (if applicable), accessories, labels, and instructions included.

Quality Issues: If the product has a manufacturing defect or other quality issue, you may request a return regardless of whether it has been used or opened. Damage caused by improper use or storage by the customer is not covered.

Special Product Restrictions: Some customized products and opened consumable items (e.g., disposable party supplies) are not eligible for return unless due to a quality issue. Specific product restrictions will be clearly stated on the product details page.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email (Redmond.Daughertydxl@outlook.com) and include clear photos or videos of the damaged product. After verification, we will arrange a free return/exchange or partial refund.

4. Return Process

 with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions.

Shipping the Product Back: After receiving the return address, please ship the product back using a reliable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; however, we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues.

Product Inspection: We will inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days. If the product meets the return requirements, we will initiate the refund process; otherwise, the product will be returned to the original shipping address, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

5. Refund Timeframe
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit/debit card payments, refunds typically arrive within 3-10 business days; for third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal), refunds typically arrive within 1-5 business days.
