Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx by default. For international orders, we may also use DHL as an alternative shipping carrier depending on the destination country/region. Orders will be shipped strictly according to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address information (including address, postal code, and phone number) is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
The shipping country/region you select during checkout will directly affect the order price, currency, import taxes, shipping time, and shipping cost. The final price will be displayed in real time on the checkout page. We prioritize processing paid and verified orders and process them in the order they are received. You will receive a text message and email with shipping confirmation and tracking information once your package is shipped.
2. Order Processing Time
After payment is confirmed and the address is verified, standard orders (quantity ≤ 10 items, amount ≤ $300) will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Large/bulk orders (quantity > 10 items or amount > $300) require an additional 1-2 business days for preparation and packaging.
The processing time for pre-order items is stated on the product details page (usually 3-5 business days after payment). You can check the order processing status in real time in "My Orders".
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order weight, shipping distance, and the shipping method you choose. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout:
Standard Shipping:
First 1kg: $5; Additional weight per kg: $2;
1-2kg: $5-8; 2-5kg: $8-14; 5kg and above: starting at $14, up to $30 (overweight orders will be split, and shipping costs will be calculated based on the number of packages).
Express Shipping:
Express shipping costs 50% more than standard shipping. You will receive priority processing and shipping service. You can select "Express Shipping" at checkout to view the specific cost. 4. Shipping Time
Shipping time is calculated from the "shipment date" and excludes weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance time:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Shipping:
Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days
Express Shipping: 5-8 business days
5. Order Tracking
- After your package is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a unique tracking number. You can directly check the shipping status using the tracking link in the email/SMS.
- You can also log in to your account and check the real-time shipping progress in "My Orders - Order Details" (tracking information is synchronized with the logistics company's data every 6 hours).
- Tracking information for international orders may be delayed by 1-2 days during customs clearance. This is normal; tracking will resume after customs clearance.
6. Shipping Issues
If you encounter any of the following shipping problems, please contact our customer service team immediately at Redmond.Daughertydxl@outlook.com.
- Package lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address;
- Package not received after the expected delivery date;
- Tracking information shows "Delivered," but you haven't received the package.
Instructions: Please include "Shipping Issue + Order Number" in the email subject line and send it to Redmond.Daughertydxl@outlook.com. The email should include a screenshot of the order, photos of the item (if damaged), and a detailed description of the problem.
We will reply within 24 hours and provide a solution based on the specific situation (lost packages can be resent or fully refunded; damaged items can be returned/exchanged or partially compensated).
Note: If shipping is delayed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, or changes in customs policies), we will notify you via email and assist you in tracking your package. We are not liable for any additional losses caused by such events.
